Scope and pricing

Every project is scoped and priced upfront before work begins. You will know what is included, what is not, and what it costs before you agree to anything.

Timelines

One-page websites take approximately three business days after content and design direction are approved. Multi-page websites take approximately five business days after content and project scope are approved. More complex projects get a custom schedule agreed in writing.

Revisions

Projects include the rounds of edits listed in your scope. After you approve the final version, you have 30 days to request up to two minor changes — small text edits, image swaps or link updates. New pages, new features or new direction are a new project.

Your content

You are responsible for having the rights to any text, photos or logos you give me. You own your content, and you own the finished website once it is paid for.

AI work

AI tools can make mistakes. Anything an AI assistant produces for your business should be reviewed by a human before it is relied on, and I will show you how to do that.
